I started my first business in 1988, Country Home Custom Furniture. I built custom furniture and kitchen cabinets, as well as commercial projects. After about 7 years with a struggling economy, I changed direction and followed my passion for wooden boats.

Over the last 26 years, I enjoyed the challenges of preserving the history of these beauties. I tackled many different challenges from replacing bottoms to refinishing, and it has all been very satisfying.
